The sleeve top was meant to have a little mesh topper as well so I measured up on the front armhole of the top and marked the same length on the sleeve to draw in my panel line. I traced off the sleeve mesh piece and then on the back I drew in the mesh yoke line to correspond with the line on the back sleeve armhole.
