Lay the volume fleece under the hem allowance (wrong side of fabric). Pin the hem allowance in place. Stitch 5.5 cm (2?") from the lower edge of the dress, as marked on the pattern. Then stitch again twice below this stitching line, spaced 7 mm (27/8") apart.
