Once the front darts were sewn I stitched the back pleat. I serged the top portion of the center back seam and then folded to form a pleat below. I then topstitched my pleat from the right side of the back piece. On a whim I decided to add another pleat in the neckline at center back. Double pleat!Once the pleats were basted in place I serged the shoulder seams together merging the front and back.
